Cameron Hart (born December 5, 2000) is an American football cornerback for the Los Angeles Chargers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and was selected by the Chargers in the 5th round of the 2024 NFL draft.[1]
Early life and high school
Hart was born on December 5, 2000, in Baltimore, Maryland.[2][3] He attended Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Olney, Maryland, where he played wide receiver. He committed to play college football as a cornerback at the University of Notre Dame.[4]
College career
As a true freshman for the Fighting Irish, Hart played in three games before suffering a season-ending shoulder injury.[5] He made ten starts in each of his junior and senior seasons.[6]

Hart was drafted by the Los Angeles Chargers in the 5th round (140th overall) of the 2024 NFL Draft.[9]
Personal life
Hart formerly appeared on Inside The Garage, a podcast series with Kyle Hamilton and other Notre Dame teammates focused on student athlete life at the school.[10][11]
