Jeżów is a settlement in Gmina Bolków, Jawor County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) south-west of Jawor and 71 km (44 mi) south-west of Wrocław (capital city of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship).
From 1975 to 1998 the village was in Jelenia Góra Voivodeship.
