Nockowa [nɔt͡sˈkɔva] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Iwierzyce, within Ropczyce-Sędziszów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south-east of Iwierzyce, 14 km (9 mi) south-east of Ropczyce, and 16 km (10 mi) west of the regional capital Rzeszów.[1]
It is the hometown of Pieczone pierogi św. Jacka ("baked pierogi of St. Hyacinth"), recognized by the Polish government as a traditional product.[2]
