Rustam Ukumanov (born 1986) is a Kazakhstani water polo player.[2] At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he competed for the Kazakhstan men's national water polo team in the men's event. He is 6 feet 4 inches (1.93 m) tall and was born in Alma-Ata.
