Bilistikhe (bahasa Yunani Kuno: Βιλιστίχη, translit. Bilistíkhe; lahir k. 280 SM) adalah seorang selir yang asalnya tidak jelas.[1]
Menurut Pausanias, dia bersuku Makedonia;[2] sedangkan menurut Athenaios, dia berasal dari Argos (konon sebagai keturunan Atreus);[3] tetapi menurut Plutarkhos, Bilistikhe merupakan seorang budak asing yang dibeli dari pasar.[4] Dia memenangkan tethrippon dan synoris pada Olimpiade 264 SM.[2] Dia kemudian menjadi selir Ptolemaios II dan mereka memiliki seorang putra bersama, bernama Ptolemaios Andromakhou.[5] Setelah wafatnya, Ptolemaios II mendewakannya sebagai Afrodite Bilistikhe.[6] Sebuah kepingan papirus dari Ankyronpolis yang ditulis sekitar 239-238 SM menunjukkan bahwa di kemudian hari dia adalah seorang pemberi pinjaman uang.[7] Menurut Klemens dari Aleksandria, dia dimakamkan di bawah kuil Sarapis di Aleksandria.[8]
