Mario Vargas Llosa (/ˌvɑːrɡəs ˈjoʊsə/,^[2] bahasa Spanyol: [ˈmaɾjo ˈβaɾɣas ˈʎosa] lahir 28 Maret 1936) adalah seorang novelis, penulis sekaligus politikus asal Peru yang mendapat penghargaan nobel kesusastraan tahun 2010 untuk karyanya mengenai kartografi dari struktur kekuasaan dalam melawan tekanan, perlawanan, pemberontakan, serta kekalahan individu.^[3][4]
