Rumah Kosong (bahasa Inggris: The Adventure of the Empty House) adalah sebuah salah satu dari 56 cerita pendek Sherlock Holmes yang ditulis oleh Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, adalah satu dari 13 cerita dalam siklus yang dikumpulkan sebagai Kembalinya Sherlock Holmes.

Tekanan publik memaksa Conan Doyle untuk menghidupkan kembali detektif itu, dan menjelaskan kelangsungan hidupnya yang ajaib dari perjuangan maut bersama Profesor Moriarty. Ini adalah kisah Holmes pertama yang ditetapkan setelah kematiannya di Air Terjun Reichenbach, sebagaimana diceritakan dalam "The Final Problem". The Hound of the Baskervilles telah melihat kembalinya Air Terjun Sherlock Holmes sebelum Reichenbach, yang hanya melayani selera para pembaca.
