Underworld: Rise of the Lycans adalah film Amerika Serikat tahun 2009 yang disutradarai oleh Patrick Tatopoulos. Film ini adalah bagian ketiga dari seri Underworld dan fokus pada cerita mengenai asal usul beberapa tokoh dan peristiwa yang memicu perang Vampir-Lycan.
Sinopsis
Sonja (Rhona Mitra) adalah putri dari Viktor (Bill Nighy) raja klan vampir. Sonja sering membuat ayahnya marah dengan pergi melewati batas wilayah dan berperang dengan manusia serigala. Sonja juga mempunyai hubungan terlarang dengan Lucian (Michael Sheen) salah satu ras lycan yang dibesarkan oleh klan vampir sebagai budak. Ketika berita ini sampai pada Viktor, beberapa kelompok elite vampir membantu revolusi lycan melawan penguasa mereka yaitu klan vampir sendiri sehingga terjadilah konflik vampir dan lycan.
