William Egan Colby (4 Januari 1920 – 27 April 1996) merupakan seorang intelijen di Amerika Serikat, yang menjabat sebagai Direktur CIA (DCI) dari bulan September 1973 sampai Januari 1976. Colby menjabat sebagai DCI pada masa Presiden Richard Nixon dan Presiden Gerald Ford dan digantikan oleh George H. W. Bush (yang pada kemudian hari menjadi presiden) pada tanggal 30 Januari 1976.
