Universiti al-Qarawiyyin (Arab: جامعة القرويينcode: ar is deprecated ; bahasa-bahasa Barbar: ⵜⴰⵙⴷⴰⵡⵉⵜ ⵏ ⵍⵇⴰⵕⴰⵡⵉⵢⵉⵏcode: ber is deprecated ; Perancis: Université Al Quaraouiyinecode: fr is deprecated ), juga ditulis Al-Karaouine atau Al Quaraouiyine, ialah sebuah universiti yang terletak di Fes, Maghribi. Ia diasaskan sebagai masjid oleh Fatima al-Fihri pada 857–859 dan seterusnya menjadi salah satu pusat kerohanian dan pendidikan terkemuka Zaman Kegemilangan Islam. Ia telah dimasukkan ke dalam sistem universiti negeri moden Maghribi pada 1963 dan secara rasmi dinamakan semula sebagai "Universiti Al Quaraouiyine" dua tahun kemudian. Bangunan masjid itu sendiri juga merupakan kompleks penting seni bina Maghribi dan Islam yang bersejarah yang menampilkan unsur-unsur dari pelbagai tempoh sejarah Maghribi.
