«Whole Lotta Love» er en av de mest kjente låtene av det britiske hardrockbandet Led Zeppelin. Den er åpningssporet på bandets andre album, Led Zeppelin II, og var gruppas første hit-singel. Singelen ble innspilt i mai 1969 ved Olympic Studios i London. Jimmy Page spiller theremin, et elektronisk instrument han likte å eksperimentere med og som ble kjent på The Beach Boys låten «Good Vibrations» fra 1966.

«Whole Lotta Love» har sin opprinnelse i låten «You Need Love», skrevet av Willie Dixon og innspilt av Muddy Waters i 1962. Dixon forlangte låtskriverkreditering og gikk til søksmål. I 1985 ble det inngått avtale om dette uten rettssak.

I 2004 ble den rangert som nr 75 på Rolling Stones liste over the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time, og i 2005 plasserte Q magazine den på tredjeplass i oversikten the 100 Greatest Guitar Tracks.
