Cynthia Lillian Lennon (doğum adı: Cynthia Lillian Powell; d. 10 Eylül 1939, Lancashire, İngiltere - ö. 1 Nisan 2015, Madrid), 1980'de öldürülen Beatles grubu üyesi John Lennon'un eski eşidir. Cynthia 1962'de evlendiği Lennon ile 1968'de boşandı. Cynthia Lennon'un Beatles üyesi John Lennon ile evliliğinden 1963 yılında Julian Lennon doğdu. John Lennon boşandıktan sonra Japon Yoko Ono ile evlendi. Cynthia Lennon ise üç evlilik yaptı. Bu evliliklerden ikisi yine boşanmayla sonuçlandı. Son evliliği 2013 yılında eşinin ölümüne kadar devam etti. Lennon, 2015 yılında yaşamını sürdürmekte olduğu Madrid'de 75 yaşında kanserden hayatını kaybetti.[1]
