Andilly (French pronunciation: [ɑ̃diji] ) is a commune in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in northeastern France.

German war cemetery

The German War Cemetery Andilly ('Kriegsgräberstätte Andilly' in German), holding 33,123 German Second World War casualties, is the largest such WWII facility in France. First established on a provisional base in September 1944, it was officially inaugurated in 1962.[4]

It contains the graves of:

  • Fritz Klingenberg (1912-1945), Obersturmbannführer, Waffen SS[5]
